What spam refers to
Electronic spam messaging refers to bulk, unsolicited or indiscriminate messages, usually sent for commercial purposes.
Our company has zero-spam tolerance. We will not send you emails, unless they are related to the products and services you purchased or intend to purchase from us. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to receive emails from us at any moment, using the “subscribe” feature on our website or by clicking the “unsubscribe” tab at the bottom of any email received from us.
We are using a messaging system that automatically scans all incoming emails and filters-out all messages that appear to be spams.
Spam filtering issues
Unfortunately, no filtering system can be 100% accurate. There is a small risk that a legitimate message is filtered-out as a spam.
If you think our spam filtering system considered your message as being a spam, please advise us using any other mean of communication.
To avoid risk of spam filtering, please make sure all your messages are written in plain text, have no attachments and are verified for malware before sending them out.
